Watercolour Duck Demo/workshop at St Mary’s Church

A beginners class to watercolour painting. We will do some expressive drawings techniques with charcoal and chalk, quick drawings and continuous line drawings to loosen up. We will then create a watercolour painting of a Duck using basic watercolour painting techniques and tips in a step by step guided workshop to build your confidence with the medium. This is a great opportunity if your new to watercolour or have never tried it and have always fancied giving it a go! 

this is for 18+ adults only and will be an intimate group of 6 maximum participants. 

this is part of the St Mary’s Art exhibition 10th-11th May 2025, Fundraising event and will contribute to the church funds.

the workshop will be held on Saturday 10th May in St Luke’s chapel within st Mary’s church. To begin at 4:00 pm as the exhibition closes for the day and should last approximately 90 minutes finishing no later than 6:00pm. 
all materials are included and you will be able to take your finished artwork home with you.
