This painting was created as a response to the first Lockdown of the Covid-19 pandemic. connecting to wildlife and the greater natural world which seemed so out of reach at the time was a means for my mind to escape the situation.

The Composition represents myself and my two young children (then aged 10 and 7 years) journeying through our new uncertain adventure together of Home-schooling lockdown life.
